This dated 1999 recipe book measures approx 6”x 8-1/2” with 74 pages including a Dedication and Expression of Appreciation, Church Hours that include artwork by Jeff Martin and Table of Contents (see below). Cookbook is full of typed-format recipes with no advertising or illustrations filler, and with 200 recipes and 52+5 unique contributors, you KNOW there is a good variety of MANY good recipes!

Sample Recipe:
Polish Sausage & Cabbage Roast
2 pkg Polish sausage
1 head cabbage
6 large potatoes
2 onions
1 large bag carrots
1 bell pepper
1stick margarine
1cup water
Quarter all vegetables & slice polish sausage. Make large tin foil pocket by taking 2 large pieces of foil, fold together on 3 sides tightly. Stuff in vegetables and sausage. Put 1 stick margarine over ingredients. Pour in water and fold down tightly. Cook for 1-1/2 hrs in 200-degree oven.

Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 cup whipping cream
Mix together milk & syrup. Fold in cream. Freeze for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
